P-rich solid organic fertiliser (1 – 3 % P dry weight)

Process description
1) solid/liquid separation by decanter, with polymer use
2) two-stage membrane filtration to produce N-K fertiliser solution and purified water
3) the solid fraction is phosphorus-containing organic fertiliser
Operating status
Full scale plant operating since 2019 at Groot Zevert Digestion, Beltrum, The Netherlands (100 000 t/y manure wet weight)
