Leon Fock entered the organic fertiliser business in 2005 after a career in IT consultancy. He is currently CEO of Culterra Holland, a manufacturer of organic fertilisers with two plants, one in the Netherlands and one in Germany.
In 2007 the European Organic Fertiliser Manaufacturers Association (EUROFEMA) was found in Venice with the aim to lobby for a EU harmonized fertiliser regulation allowing for free trade of organically based fertilisers throughout the union. Leon Fock is Chairman of EUROFEMA and member of the commission fertilizer expert group.
