Implementation of EU UWWTD art. 20: P reuse and recycling rates
ESPP workshop to input to EU proposals for phosphorus “reuse and recycling rates” from sewage under the EU UWWT Directive. Discussion of the Eunomia report on questions for possible recycled content quotas for fertilisers.
